Mr. Silviu Ghereben came to RHM is 2004 to serve as Executive Director and Administrator of the RHM-Ro Foundation. He is a man of true integrity and has a fervent commitment to serving God by ministering to people with mental and physical disabilities and their families. He has been married since 1994 and has three children.

Dr. Gabriela Ghereben, M.D., came to RHM along with her husband in 2004. She is a physician with a specialty in Family Medicine. She is the Medical Director of the RHM-Ro Foundation. She stays professionally current, gives care to Foundation members and their families, and teaches basic academics in the Madison Day Center.

Mirela started working at a kindergarten for children with disabilities after graduating with her degree in Psychology. In 2008, she started working as a collaborating psychologist at the RHM Foundation. Even though the time spent with the beneficiaries and their parents was quite short, she got attached to them. For over 15 years now, she has enjoyed them and grieved with them. She has supported them mentally and advised them when they needed help. In September 2022, she created a creative workshop with some of the parents and has made various items to help raise funds for the foundation. Many beautiful objects have been created and many hours were spent together. She also plans to start a parent support group, believing that by working together, they will get to know each other better and help each other more.

Julia Gascu, was born in Cernavoda and currently resides in Constanta. She studied Social Assistance at the University of Constanta. She started working as a social worker at RHM in September of 2023.

Alina Enescu, works at the British Consulate in Bucharest. Alina’s extensive contacts suit her very well as she serves RHM as our European Director of Development.
